What we will not do

  • No revenue share based on a consumer's settlement, damages or legal outcome.
  • No automatic percentage-of-fees referral commissions.
  • Monetisation is advertising, subscription and lead-generation infrastructure only, pending jurisdiction-specific legal review.

Conflict check and consumer consent

  • Awaiting provider

Matter summary sent. No identifying documents shared.

  • Conflict check in progress

Provider is checking for conflicts and capacity.

  • Conflict check clear

Provider is available and may contact you.

  • Conflict identified

Provider cannot act. The matter is re-matched.

  • No capacity

Provider declined on availability. The matter is re-matched.

Providers never receive unpublished reviews, reviewer identity or verification documents. A consumer may authorise specific documents individually; every authorisation is logged.

Independence firewall

The legal marketplace is structurally separate from review moderation. Whether a consumer requests legal help has no bearing on whether their review is approved, ranked or moderated. Read the transparency page

Draft — pending Australian legal review
